The machine is agricultural machinery research institute use years organic fertilizer manufacturing process equipment design, production experience developed in the latest technology products, has obtained the country practical patent. The double axis mixer is rotated through two groups of screw shafts with spiral blade, and water is added water to the powder material for spraying wet mixing transportation, so that powdery material can achieve controllable humidity. The equipment is mainly suitable for humidification and mixing of raw materials in the fertilizer industry, so that the materials are fully mixing and this machine have the function of conveying too.

Features

1. The shell is mainly composed of sheet metal and section steel. It is welded and formed in the factory and assembled with other components. It is the support of the twin-shaft mixer. The shell is tightly sealed and there will be no fly ash and ash leakage.

2. The screw shaft assembly is the main component of the twin-shaft mixer. Its components mainly include left and right spiral shafts, bearing seats, bearing sleeves, bearing covers, gears, sprockets, oil cups, blades and other components.

3. Mixing blade welding hard steel tool bit , wear-resisting performance is good, an has a long service life.

Working Principle

First, the ration of raw powder flows into the mixing tank through feed opening and then water which has been integrated under certain temperature.
Second, using a certain length shaft through mixing vane to mix up raw powder and then form a nuclear bulge which contains certain moisture.
Third, put the nuclear bulge into the ball plate and stir.The whole stirring divide into atomization area, stir zone, discharge zone.
