The project, constructed by Huaqiang Heavy Industry, has entered the final stages of installation; key components—including the loader feeding hopper, chain crusher, drum screener, automatic batching system, drum-shaft paddle mixer, and powder fertilizer packaging machine—are all in place, while the conveyor systems and safety installations are largely complete, paving the way for commissioning and trial production. Designed to facilitate the resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste, the facility will enable on-site processing of manure and waste into high-quality powdered organic fertilizer.
Production Workflow: A loader feeding hoppers fully decomposed organic raw materials into the hopper to ensure a steady supply. The chain crusher breaks down clumpy, moist material, and the drum screener removes impurities. An automatic batching system precisely proportions the raw materials, microbial agents, and additives before the mixture enters the double-shaft paddle mixer for thorough blending. Finally, the processed powder is conveyed to the packaging machine for automatic weighing and sealing, yielding the finished fertilizer product.
The site layout leverages the factory’s floor-level differences, utilizing belt conveyors to transport materials; this design minimizes the need for vertical lifting equipment and reduces potential points of mechanical failure. Huaqiang Heavy Industry engineers are on-site to verify equipment integration details, calibrate batching and packaging scales, and commission the integrated control system. With high market demand, powdered organic fertilizer is widely used in orchards, vegetable production bases, and soil remediation projects; the equipment requires a moderate investment, making it an ideal choice for small and medium-sized organic fertilizer enterprises. Huaqiang Heavy Industry provides a comprehensive “one-stop” service—covering solution planning, equipment manufacturing, and on-site installation and commissioning—to ensure the successful implementation of agricultural waste resource utilization projects.
