The final stage of fertilizer processing in the npk fertilizer production line is finished product inspection and packaging. The core of this stage is to ensure that the finished product’s nutrients meet standards and packaging specifications are convenient for storage, transportation and sales. It involves a variety of special inspection and packaging equipment.
The finished product inspection and packaging process is clear and standardized: First, samples of qualified particles after screening or coating are sent to a fertilizer nutrient detector to detect the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and trace elements to ensure compliance with national standards. Unqualified particles are returned for reprocessing. After passing the inspection, the particles are sent to the automatic fertilizer packaging machine through the conveying equipment. The automatic fertilizer packaging machine automatically completes quantitative bagging, bag clamping, and sewing according to the preset weight (usually 25kg, 50kg). After packaging is completed, the fertilizer conveying equipment is sent to the finished product warehouse for storage.
The core equipment involved in this stage is a fertilizer nutrient detector and an automatic fertilizer packaging machine. The supporting equipment is a fertilizer conveying equipment and a fertilizer sewing machine. The fertilizer nutrient detector ensures the quality of the finished product, the automatic fertilizer packaging machine improves packaging efficiency and standardization, and the fertilizer sewing machine ensures that the packaging is firm and leak-free. The entire set of equipment collaborates to complete the finishing work of the npk fertilizer production line, realizing full automated production from raw materials to finished products.
