In a customer factory in Malaysia, a pair of roller extrusion granulation production lines constructed by Zhengzhou Huaqiang Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd. has officially entered the installation and commissioning stage. As another important project of Huaqiang Heavy Industry to deeply explore the Southeast Asian market, the completion of this production line will effectively help upgrade the local fertilizer processing industry.
The installation site is in order, and the automatic batching system, as the head of the production line, is undergoing final accuracy calibration to ensure that the raw material ratio in all subsequent links is accurate. After the batching is completed, the materials enter the horizontal ribbon mixer and the vertical disc mixer for thorough mixing. The two mixing equipment work together to ensure the uniformity of mixing of multi-component raw materials, which is a key step to ensure the quality of fertilizer.
The uniformly mixed materials are sent to the core equipment of the production line – the double-roller press granulator through the conveying system. This equipment uses a dry extrusion process to directly squeeze powdery materials into particles through two relatively rotating high-pressure rollers without drying or adding binders. This process not only has low energy consumption, but also has a high granulation rate and high particle strength, which is particularly suitable for the strict local requirements for fertilizer quality in Malaysia. The extruded particles then enter the drum screener machine for classification and screening. Unqualified particles will be returned to the front end for reprocessing to achieve resource recycling. The products that pass the screening will enter the cooler to cool down, so that the temperature of the particles drops to a range suitable for packaging. Finally, the power fertilizer packaging machine completes automatic weighing and packaging.
From ingredients, mixing, granulation, screening, cooling to packaging, the entire production line has a compact process and a high degree of automation. The technical team dispatched by Huaqiang Heavy Industry was stationed at the site throughout the process and was responsible for installation guidance and system debugging. Facing the hot climate conditions in Malaysia, team members overcame difficulties and ensured that every installation process was accurate and in place. With the steady progress of the installation work, this production line, which embodies the advanced manufacturing technology of Huaqiang Heavy Industry, is about to be put into full operation, injecting new vitality into the development of green agriculture in Malaysia.
